UNICART and Dead Test

I created a bin image of the 781220 using cartconv from vice. It reports that it starts at $e000. I programmed the 29f040 and tried it but no go. I see how to configure the rom image sizes but I'm not clear about the starting address. I would appreciate some assistance on this.

The Dead test cartridge uses the ultimax mode to replace the C64 kernal.
Configure P2 to: 1:OFF 2:ON 3:ON 4:ON 5:OFF 6:OFF
