Which Slot for RAMGS/4

I am sure this is a total noob / neophyte question. But, which slot on a IIgs should I use for the RAMGS/4 that I recently acquired? Are all of the slots on a IIgs mainboard equivalent? Or, are some slots specialized and intended for particular peripherals?

Both RAMGS/4 and RAMGS/8 plug into the special memory expansion slot of the Apple IIgs.
